Coastflite

We believe that the benefits of a half-hour check-in and guaranteed seats on punctual departures make our Coastflite "the best way to fly" between Nairobi and the coast.
On the Mombasa to Malindi service, each passenger is allowed 23kgs of personal baggage, including all hand baggage.
A daily service is operated from Mombasa that links all the major coastal towns of Malindi, Lamu, Kiwayu and Ukunda. For further details see the schedule below.

• Mombasa: Moi International Airport is Kenya's second international airport and serves both the north and south coast resorts. Taxi services are readily available or we can pre-arrange transfers for you.
• Malindi: A resort town in its own right, a flight to Malindi opens up this beautiful coastline and gives ready access to the resort village of Watamu.
• Lamu: Road conditions are such that the only reliable way to reach this timeless paradise is to fly and Airkenya is "The Best Way to Fly".
• Kiwayu: North of Lamu, Kiwayu is an idyllic island for those who really want to get away from it all and the only way to reach it is to fly.
• Ukunda: A small airport serving the south coast beaches of Diani, Tiwi and Msambweni. Our service here is for those who would rather fly than take the hour or so long journey from Mombasa by road.

Kenya's Game Parks

Daily schedule services are operated from Wilson Airport, Nairobi to all the major game parks such as the Masai Mara, Amboseli, Nanyuki, Lewa Downs and Samburu.

Passengers must check in half an hour before the scheduled departure time and baggage allowance is 15kgs including hand luggage.

• Amboseli: Serving Kenya's most popular National Park, the tarmac airstrip is within easy distance of the main tourist lodges.
• Nanyuki: The thriving up-country town of Nanyuki and the picturesque area around Mt. Kenya are host to a number of famous hotels and lodges such as Outspan, Treetops, The Ark, The Aberdare Country Club and the Mount Kenya Safari Club. Also served by Nanyuki airstrip are Sweetwaters Camp and Ol Pejeta Ranch.
• Lewa Downs: Lewa Downs itself, Borana and other luxury camps are served by this small strip.
• Samburu: The Samburu eco-system of Samburu, Buffalo Springs and Shaba Reserve are all served by this airstrip as are Samburu Lodge, Larsens Camp, Samburu Intrepids Camp, Samburu Serena, Shaba Sarova and Buffalo Springs Lodge.
• Masai Mara: This most famous of wildlife areas has numerous airstrips serving all the major lodges and camps. A flight into or out of the Mara may mean landing at one or more of these strips.

Regional Air Services

Our close relationship with the Tanzanian airline, Regional Air Services, means that we can extend our services into this game rich country.

Flying from Arusha airport, Regional Air Services provide a very convenient way of visiting the famous Northern circuit game parks of Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti.

• Manyara: The small airstrip offers services to the Lake Manyara National Park and the nearby town of Mto Wa Mbu. It is also within driving distance of the Ngorongoro Crater.
• Seronera: Right in the heart of the Serengeti National Park, Seronera is the main game viewing area of the Park and is home to several lodges.
• Grumeti: Near the Grumeti River, the airstrip here offers clients easy access to the western corridor of the Serengeti and the lodges in this game filled area.

CHECK-IN TIME

Passengers must check in 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

PERSONAL BAGGAGE, FREIGHT AND EXCESS BAGGAGE

On the Mombasa / Malindi service each passenger is allowed 23 kgs of personal baggage, including all hand baggage. On all other flights the allowance is 15 kgs of personal baggage, including hand luggage. Whenever possible luggage should be soft bags or duffels as opposed to hard suitcases. Freight and excess baggage is charged at Ksh 35 per kg. On Regional Air Services, freight and excess baggage is charged at US$1 per kg.

PRIVATE CHARTERS

If the scheduled services do not meet your route or timing requirements then a private charter may be the answer. We will be happy to advise on your itinerary and arrange this for you.

INFANTS AND CHILDREN

Infants under 2 years of age are carried free provided they do not occupy a seat. Children under 12 years of age are carried at half fare.

FARES

US Dollar fares may be converted to the Kenya shilling equivalent using the rate of exchange prevailing at the time of purchase of the tickets. For Regional Air Services, conversion may be made to the Tanzanian shilling.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted on any of our aircraft.
